Work as member of two-person team to maintain and repair air, heating, and refrigeration systems respondent to customer service calls and requests to organization.   

Investigate nature of varied repair conditions including lack of heat and air conditioning, oil leaks, electrical failure and enact appropriate steps for problem solving and correction.  

Apply sequence of operations to ensure refrigeration and heating devices repaired align with industry standards.     

Demonstrate good team skills to effectively coordinate, repair, and finalize customer orders.  

Interface with parts department to requisition appropriate parts for equipment serviced.

Complete required paperwork to accurately document and record nature of repair problems and relative costs.

Maintain company van to make sure transportation equipment is stocked with supplies, and is clean and ordered.

Demonstrate good customer service skills; leave working areas clean and orderly. 

Work as member of team to ensure items in supply room and units are adequately stocked to meet needs of hospital staff and patients.
